At Rep Shoes, we take pride in the quality of our footwear. If you are not fully satisfied with your order, you are eligible for a return within 14 days under the conditions listed below.


Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return or refund, your sneakers must meet the following criteria:

Unworn & Unused – No signs of wear, creasing, stains, odors, or damage.
Original Packaging – Shoe box, tags, inserts, and all included accessories must be intact.
Proof of Purchase – A valid order confirmation or receipt is required.


Accepted Reasons for Return

We accept returns only for the following situations:

🔹 Damaged or Defective Items – If your sneakers arrive faulty or not as described.
🔹 Incorrect Item Received – Wrong size, color, or model shipped.

Because we provide real product photos, detailed descriptions, and quality checks before shipping, we do not accept returns for buyer’s remorse or change of mind.
However, exceptional situations may be reviewed at our discretion.


Refund Process

🚚 Buyer Pays Return Shipping – Customers are responsible for the cost of sending the item back to us.
🚚 Free Shipping for Exchanges – If an exchange is approved, Rep Shoes covers the cost of sending the replacement pair.
